I caved in and brought one. It is rather big and busy coin. One thing I didn't like about is the case. Unlike other clamshell case, this one, the coin can only be place in flat position.

Here's a few pictures I took of it. I am not an expert at taking pictures and someone might able to take a more detail picture than I do. Anyway, here it is

For "not being an expert", you have taken some nice pictures - thanks for them.

Just hiked a few blocks in a -33 wind chill to try my luck at a post office. The coin arrived at their location today and they only received two (of which I purchased one). I was on the fence about it but after seeing it in person, I'm impressed!

I am actually joking, but partially surprised, that the Mint workers do not take away low COAs numbers.

I ordered one from Gatewest Coins along with a couple of GITD coins and the Bison coin. With the VIP points and no PST I was able to save $30. In other words, the same order would cost me $30 more if I ordered from the RCM.

MoneyPenney: I bought one from CA, with tax free + free shipping and 5% discount, I only paid 161 for this coin, if I ordered it from RCM I would have to pay 190

Silveroid: you are welcome:) it's not written anywhere on their website, you need to ask for it. I didn't know this until one day I complained being a regular customer without any coupon code or free shipping bonus, they emailed back saying since my previous purchace exceeded 1k, I can have VIP status. the 5% only apply to regular priced item, bullion not included (panda has 5%), it's not in store credit.

Gatewest Coins new VIP point system amounts to 5% off new releases. And you don't need to spent $1000 a year to use it.

I may never order again from the RCM. Especially since I don't have to pay 7% PST by ordering out of province.
