I picked up this 1953 penny, and was told it is a Double 953. I am having trouble seeing it. Is this a Double 953? If so, how can you tell?

I'm not seeing any doubling.Looks like a lighting issue to me.

It was purchased on ebay as a Double 953.

Thank You for confirming what I already suspected. I don't feel too badly. Did not pay much and it is a good example of a NSF coin.
