The mark on the 9 is either coin counter/vending machine, or coin wrapper damage. Not how it is parallel to the rim. It is not a doubled die. Just damaged.

The names of your coin pictures cannot be the same. This picture overwrote your 1970 picture

Please note the faint but clear lines to the east and bottom of each number and S as well as the top of the W

The mark on the first mark is a contact mark. The Mint mark may have a Split lower serif or a well placed bag mark. A closer image would help, but a scanner can't get that.
