I would take the dollar also. I'm hoping that a real person didn't waste so much money on such a ridiculous thing. My theory is the seller is an evil genius posting a best offer on their own coin to drum up even more business for the other garbage they're trying to sell on ebay. Seriously just take a look at all the slabbed NCLT and common circulation issue stuff that they sent to NGC.

I've been recording sales on ebay since January of 2003. I've discovered a way to see the best offer, sorry it would prefer not sharing because if too many people start using ebay will take it away like they do with too many good things.

You can find the best offer price accepted very easily. When you search for completed sales it doesn't tell you. However, if you sort the completed sales list from "price highest to lowest" you can see where you item falls price wise. If the category your searching is too small and their is a big gap between items, expand the category search to all Canadian coins. You should be able to nail it down within the dollar. :)

I will take one of each please.
If I really had to pick one or the other I guess I would be the proud owner of the silver dollar.

The best way to find out is submit a bid and they will counter with the price they are looking for .

Doctorman, We are talking about finding the price after the item has sold
