john100 Pillar of the Community Canada 5324 Posts	Posted 02/12/2014 10:21 am The problem will be if someone else sends a first day struck penny to NGC and gets another ms69 or two, there are just so many rolls and cases of these coins hoarded, This seller gets massive NGC graded RCM nclt coins with ms 69 or 70 and with inflated shipping, gets really good pricing on these slabs, This ms69 penny would be a reasonable chance at around 200 to 300 dollars.
