Seems the more I look at it the more it looks like PMD. Sorry I cant tell from your pics exactly what happened.

The beard is similar, its a bump then a bump? How do you get close up pics like that coop? Any opinions? I plan on having it authenticated and graded, I just wanted to see what expertsthink first, I believe it is what it appears to be, 1992 cam, what's everyone else think?

Jeremy - you may want to try using a fixed object to set the distance between the coin and the camera/phone. Get close, but not too close. Use zoom to creep up close. Then edit the picture to capture the detail. If you have a loop or magnifying glass, try using that to get close-ups.
Good luck!

I agree that the beard is the one pictured by Coop. You may have yourself a 92 CAM. Very exciting! Now some additional confirmation would complete the investigation.

Jeremy, go to your local coin shop and show your coin to them. Your pictures just aren't good enough for anyone here to say for sure if it's a 1992 CAM or just a 1993.

Jeremy - not sure if this will help, but this is the similar coin I found the other day. Maybe something here for the group to cross reference - one Greaser to another. Mine is clearly a WAM though - no money...just looks funny.

I did take it to the coin store, I showed them the pics and said is this a 92 Struck Through Grease? The guy there said yes, that's exactly what it is, then I showed him the coin and the Close AM reverse and he took it in the back for like 20 min and then returned saying it was very difficult to tell the last digit, ask me if I wanted to sell it, I said yes he offered 500 for it and I declined,he said if I have it graded they would know what it is for sure bit if they couldn't tell them would just grade it 199x through grease, can I send my photos in with coin anyone know? Never had a coin graded before bit he said its like 120.00 and he could submit it for me

Good efforts Jeremy with the iPhone - if it weren't for the lack of detail, the phone/loop combo would work pretty well (that's my MO). Definitely worth pushing further - if someone is willing to gamble $500 on it...it's probably not a gamble. The advantage you have is that you can angle the coin to catch a ridge or feature that the pictures just can't for us. Keep at it and keep posting better pictures as you take them.
