All my shipping dates were pushed back to 6/21 or 7/7. I guess we will continue to see these date shuffling thing for sometime.....

I wonder if theyre just picking order numbers out of a hat at this point to fulfill. My uncirc halfs shipped everything else changed again.

I just received two of my proof silver dollars. I think if anything these coins are cool. I hope these are the only curved coins ever produced by the US mint. Not sure if I have 2 - 70s here but at least 69s....

I just got my proof halves... I am quite surprised by the quality of these. The glove side has a true cameo affect and the ball side looks like a baseball of all things... I have to say these are some of the better clad offerings I have gotten in many years.

I have watched one of my orders for silver proofs go from 14 April - to 21 June - to 16 April. . . all in the last 3 days! I think I'm getting dizzy!!

Got my Unc and Proof halves. They look perfect to me, but I can't tell the diff between a 70 and a 69 and a 68.

Got 4 of the 6 coins (still waiting for the unc gold and silver) so far, the semi glossy surface of the unc clad half is unlike any of the unc coins issued in the last few years. The proof dollar seems much heavier than usual, I'm guessing the domed capsule is larger and heavier than the flat silver capsules. Despite the made to manufacture of the gold capsule, the base is still for a 1/4 oz proof AGE, so the coin rotates and rattles in the holder... FYI, if you are having trouble removing the capsule from the case, the easiest remedy (without totally destroying the flocked insert), remove the insert from the case and gently press the edges from the bottom, rotate and repeat until the capsule is free.
Edit--The gold coin, despite its small size, is exquisite, shows off the glove design beautifully. The proof stitching on the ball is the bee's knees, why the silver and clad proof don't have it is really strange. Otherwise, the program hits a bases loaded "home run" for the Mint and the BBHOF. These are the silver Buffaloes of 2014, even more so than the bland 50th Anniversary gold Kennedy coin that's being talked about, a vanity coin that most Kennedy collectors will probably not able to afford.

Great is an understatement in my opinion. The glove jumps off the coin on the proof half and the proof field to design ratio is absolutely perfect. I'm not even a fan of proofs generally and I love it. I couldnt agree more that that hit that one out of the park. The glove was perfect for the curved coin and while I am often critical of the mint I tip my hat to them on this one. Fantastic product that I wish they had more prepared already to speed up shipping. Does anyone know when the second strike submission dates will be when the first strike ends? Couldnt resist

Wow, I just saw a BBHOF proof silver $ sell for $100 on ebay. A non-graded presale. if this is not the top (for price) one has to wonder where it is. . .

The 01 buffalos usually go around 150 raw. I wouldnt be shocked to see it settle higher given that some of these are being bought by non collectors too, but from how they sold I would say thats a good bench mark for now

I just got a package from the mint today. Ordered 1 of each of the 6 baseball designs. But It was the free bag that they charged me $4.95 to ship 2 day mail. Everything else is still back ordered. Wonder if my order get cancelled if I can get a refund for the $4.95 shipping for my "free Bag". Rob

gilgerr24 - if the rest of your order is canceled - you can get a refund. The $4.95 is all you pay in shipping for all the items on your order. Regardless of how many times they ship - so if it takes 6 trips by the UPS truck to get you your order - you won't see 6 charges. Seem to be a lot of people who can't quite wrap their heads around that one time charge concept and want to blame the mint for shipping the bag and charging them $4.95.
