I'm baffled as to how one in the US could come across Canadian Half-Dime and large cents from circulation of all places.

nevertheless, nice finds.

Please...If yu lived in canada I would say yu did not find those in circ.....I would think yu need a metal detector to find them.....Hey! good for yu they are awsome... I had to search through 5 rolls of quarters just to get my first Artic 25c coin, just yesterday..I was trying to buy new roll since Dec with no luck so I thought by now they will be in circ..I looked through say 15 rolls now and only have 5 artic and 4 whale ...
