I acquired a number of large Cents today and I am more than pleasantly surprised at the quality!
I'm posting a few of them for comments, grading and your thoughts on which is the best.

I like 'em all, the 1917 would grade highest.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

A couple look like they have been cleaned, the 1913 looks pretty nice except for the small scratch. and fingerprint.

At first glance I too thought that a couple may have been cleaned but after closer examination I'm not 100% convinced of that.

Any thoughts on those that would be worth sending for grading and what grades do you think they would attain?

All coins have some tiny amount of wear on the high points, the patination has thinned a bit on the high points of most coins.

The Victorian examples are of very nearly equal grade, which I would rate at EF, or equivalent to AU55 Sheldon.

The 1911 is only a six pearler, the '13 is a bit better, and has more orange, but still does not quite have all eight pearls.
The 1917 is an eight pearler. Grade good EF, or AU58 Sheldon.

Pleasing coins!

I don't think there is enough potential value in these to send for TPG. Hoping for Unc grading would be too risky, and your current state of pleasant surprise may be dashed somewhat.

The first of these Edward V11 Cents is the best and would grade Unc., although the 'carbon' spots do not help it.

Carbon has nothing to do with the formation of these spots; it is a misnomer. They consist of copper sulphide, and that (sadly) must be considered a form of corrosion.

To what extent they affect the value depends on the subjective judgment of an intending buyer. If you have bought them recently and you are quite happy with them (as I think you should be), then you have become an important authority, de facto, on their value.
