Question . Where did you purchase (locate) most of your coins for this set. I live in a remote area, and coin shows, shops, etc. are not a viable solution. Do you have a favorite online source? Thanks.

Quote: LOVE that 1845 H10! It is one of my favorites too! I get really lucky with that one...purchased raw and it came back problem free PCGS AU58. I normally don't purchase raw, but this one lured me in...hook...line...sinker. ><((((º>-.¸¸. ¸.•'´¯) Quote: Where did you purchase (locate) most of your coins for this set...Do you have a favorite online source? I have a few on-line dealers that I trust (Gary Adkins, Eugene Bruder, Glenn Holsonbake, J.J. Teaparty, David Kahn, Frank Leone, Northeast Numismatics, Dick Osborn, Sam Sloat, Rick Snow, Fred Weinberg) and picked up quite few on CollectorsCorner, ebay, GreatCollections, Heritage and Stacks. And I would be remiss if I did not mention my CCF Family from which I have picked up a few as well! Most recently from nolawyer (Luke)...for my replacement (downsized) War Nickel in tomorrow's Type Nickel posting. When I say "downsized" I am trying to sell some of my varieties to pay a few bills and replace them with some other quality coins.

awesome so far! I can't wait to check back every day! God I love that S3C! I remember when you first posted it, I have the same date, same metal alignment (remember, I had to ask you because I wasn't sure if that was correct) but mines only a lowly, darkish AU.... Which is not much to look at compared to yours that's dripping and a great strike! What did yours grade at again ? I absolutely love it, the details are just drop dead stunning! Especially for such a tiny coin.... Uugh... I feel like I'm cheating on mine, lol. And as a toner lover of course the '45 H10C is just .... But something about that S3C just draws me in! Even without the metal alignment...

That's what I thought but I couldn't remember for sure. Ya it's definitely one to love... It's just stunning. I love these tiny things, they're definitely pretty unique. I'm just happy mine turned out to be the metal alignment too, lol.. I had no idea when I bought it and neither did the seller, lol, actually I had no idea until you posted this one so thanks again, lol.
And it helps that I got a slamming deal for mine as well, through out a lowballish offer (on craigslist of all places... I've got more than a handful of great deals on there once I weed through the crap, lol) that was countered for a bit over double my offer, and I didn't respond for two days (not purposely, I was just busy) but it worked out because he called and accepted my $50 offer ;) actually, now that I think about it that may have been the absolute first coin I bought after inheriting the family collection.... Huh... I never realized that before, lol. But anyways I'm rambling, lol long day , I need bed.... Anxiously awaiting tomorrow's show!
