I think this 1977 50 Cents is specimen. To the naked eye, has no problems whatsoever. I have to use my strongest magnifying glass to see even the slightest imperfection.

Appears to be.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Does anyone know of an exact grade I might be able to put on this coin. Maybe SP-65?
