Taken Out Of Circulation? Test Cut?

For the life of me I cannot find a decent reference, Price listing, or classification that includes the eagle head monogram in left field. Any help would be appreciated Report this Post to the Staff

The eagle head in the left field indicates that it's from the Macedonian mint. While I'm not 100% sure I believe that it is Price #455. In this condition I would estimate it's value at $120-$150.
