I think it's a Grease Filled Die.
Also, the correct terminology is "Mint Error." You're going to hear that word quite often around here, so just a heads-up

never mind , I googled it. grease or foreign matter on the die, keeping it from striking
.

Yep, you're right about what a Grease Filled Die.
It is a very minor error that doesn't add real value to the coin unless the error's extreme with the right buyers.
