Gold4Ever Valued Member United States 170 Posts	Posted 05/10/2014 4:52 pm I pick this up local as the guy has a lot of older coins for sale but me being a noob I don't know all the dates yet to look out for but I thought this coin had good detail.. it also appears that the 1 in the date is double or something and I hope the pictures are good enough without removing it. Gold4Ever Valued Member United States 170 Posts	Posted 05/10/2014 8:07 pm I took it out of the 2 x 2 and to get better shoots as I don't think the 1 is double now maybe just dirt.. VF20 Very Fine:Entire LIBERTY strong and even. EF40 Extremely Fine:LIBERTY and scroll edges distinct. so it comes down to the scroll on grading it? It's only one of two obverse dies with the 5 giving that away but who knows what die state it is in off those. Either way a common date in this grade level. Nice dime. Report this Post to the Staff
