i have a coin that needs a close up

i have a old petri 1 s 35mm camera with a 2.8 45mm lens
can you walk me through the settings on the lens to get a close up?

it has a dial.marked B 1 2 4 8 15 30 60 125 250

second dial. 2.8 4 5.6 8 11 16

also a selector switch has a X in red and a M in yellow it is positioned on the red x

it seems to have a timer selector.

How close do you want to go? Whole coin, or zoom into just a part of the coin?
