Staring at what appears to be a bagmark from another coins rim in Liberty's face just in front of ear lobe it should be no more than MS-63. My disclaimer is it's tough to see "wear" from some pics which would make it a slider.

I agree with MS63 although an old fatty may have it at 62.

Average New Orleans strike (in being less than full above the ear), significant and distracting scuffs and marks on the face - shouldn't have graded higher than MS63, and I've seen better specimens graded early on by NGC as low as MS61.

I'm calling this one a pretty good 64. I believe the darker skritches on the cheek are just luster breaks, and not obvious in-hand. The actual marks catch and reflect light; luster breaks do not.
