I doubt it will clean up much, and I can't see the capricorn in the photos, and not sure which is the obverse.

Reverse : KAISAROS SEBASTOY, Jugate heads right of Augustus laureate, and Livia draped; capricorn in right field
Bulk : Weight - 12.98 g (0.45 oz), Diameter - 25 mm (0.98 inch)

Nice and interesting coin pishpash.

I think the bottom coin is the reverse but its difficult to be 100% as Rhoemetalkes in the top photo is a spitting image of augustus anyway.

Very nice find with Livia, the one's I have only have the busy of Augustus. I believe this is RPC 1708. Nice coin.

The second photo is the obverse.

These are usually eaten up (corroded) much more than yours seems to be.
