This coin appears to be of the emperor Galba 68-69 AD Bust is laureate head right, can't make out any inscription, reverse is wreath, SPQR/OB/CS within. It needs to be cleaned to bring out more or the detail it still has a lot of dirt on it. Try soaking it in olive oil for a month or so, this will loosen and remove much of the dirt. Can't really give you a value until it's done.
The internet is a good source for information on ancient coins. but nothing beats having the many books on the subject. If I may recommend, if you haven't already done so to invest a few dollars in purchasing some. Two good ones available for cheap money are. "The Handbook of Roman Imperial Coins" by David Van Meter at @$30.00 US and "The Encyclopedia of Roman Imperial Coins" by Rasiel Suarez for @ 80.00 US. These are both excellent books and provide a weath of information. Also Wayne G. Sayles has a series of books and Ancient Roman, Provinical, Greek, and Byzantine coins along with several others that are great. I recommend getting these also, they have really help me.
