Just a guess I'm going to say a Roman provinical.

Looks like a "family type" coin, either Roman or Roman Provincial, with two busts face to face, or confronted, on the obverse. The complete lack of any legible lettering makes an ID of this one very tricky.

It resembles a coin I have from the Iberian peninsula that was issued during the reign of Hadrian.
