Looks like it is AU cleaned with some scratches on the reverse. Still, a nice pick up.

I always hate pictures like this. The only reason to use such a picture is to make a coin look better than it actually is. There are a handful of large ebay sellers who do this on nearly every coin. I refuse to buy from any of them regardless of what I see.

On this particular coin, it doesn't really matter if it's been cleaned or not because the scratch issue would supersede it. I know the coin in hand will look even worse, so I'd say this is worth about $12.
