july... wasn't it the month that they released the new 350$ gold iconic polar bear last year? Is it safe to assume that the second of the serie might also be released this month too?

There are s many coins as last month.
It will take a long time for RCMint to learn.

Ya I think they are in training this year as I suspect their sales are down, I don't see it correcting itself now without some drastic changes which wont happen until their sales personal are sitting around with nothing to do. You cant dump that amount of coins on the market for very long, just look at the %20 percent off sales from different shops recently. Just hold out for the sales unless you really really want a coin for various reasons.

Seems like everybody can have masterclub status - at least for a limited time. Free Shipping is being offered on purchases of $100 or more - to Canada AND the U.S.A.
Not to hard to spend $100 these days at the mint.

The mint is desperate... I dump my MC status because I lose interest with their strategy of dump and sell stuff... I do the same with my account, dump and bye bye... I was a 10 years customer...

Yup, it once was a pretty much exclusive club, but they've eroded away any benefits there once were. Add to that the 'glut' of coins released every month.
I'm not a fan, but I'll keep my 'status' only 'just' this year. I think next year if they release another 1/2 kilo, I'll buy that and be done with the hoards of coin offerings. I just hope they don't make the series something ridiculous like 1/2 kilo ever 3 or 4 months...if that happens...I'm done with them too.

man, that's not fair! :-/ I wish we could at least get that much as MC members... there really isn't much benefits anymore... I wish they would care a little more about their customers.

Received my RCM catalogue today... I was happy to find a commemorative silver dollar among the new releases. It commemorates the 75th anniversary of the declaration of WWII and depicts a scene of three women building an Avro 683 Lancaster X bomber. Looks to be the RCM's first WWII coin with the "Home Front" theme. I'll be buying. There is also a new WWI silver coin - a 10 ounce piece titled "Setting Sail for War." It's a nice design of the cliffs of Gaspe as seen from the stern of a departing ship. At $899.95, however, it's not a coin I'll be buying. The new Bank Note coin with the lion looks to be a stunner. I haven't collected any of the RCM's previous "Bank Note" coins, but if I was going to buy one I think it would be this one! Very nice transfer of the note's design!

Hi all! I received an advance email notice of the July release from my rep today. There are twenty-two new coins offered with many different themes and subject matters. To purchase the entire month's offering it's only $23023.95, including a 5oz .999 pure gold Legend of the Spirit Bear coin (mintage 50) for $12,000. So if you skip this one it's only $11,023.95 to have an almost complete July collection. P.S. With one exception all coins are tax free....
