Antoninus Pius denarius circa AD150 Rome mint. Reverse appears to be Salus feeding snake.
Nice coin although a 'common' type. Depending on the source it might sell for anywhere between 30-60 dollars.

Pish nailed it. The approximate year is indicated by COS IIII meaning AP had/was designated as Consul for the forth time. Roman numerals do not always read the way we learned in school ..... 4 is often IIII.
