That looks more like a die clash to me. I don't think they hold any value unless there is uncommon clashing. Check out this website to see what areas are more common. http://maddieclashes.com/dimes.html

First thing that sprung to mind is a clash. Hopefully coop can drop in with one of his overlay images.

Looks like there is a clash caused by the flame of the torch that was not polished out. The die is also showing a lot of flow lines in the field telling me it is in LDS die state. Not a high premium for this though.
