I have seen a 2007 $5 where the serial number is all zeros. It does not have the word specimen on it.
The note appears to be uncirculated. Can a member explain what this means and whether such a note has any additional value?

A little while ago Downies were selling notes like these for a few thousand each. They even had a first prefix for $10,000 so they definitely increase its value.

From memory they were originally sold for charity.

MobOfRoos is quite right - normally the sheet with serial number 000 000 is destroyed but sometimes they're sold for charity. I think there's an article about them in the latest Australasian Coin and Banknote Magazine.
