Never graded these before, but I'd take a guess at AU-53.
Always loved this design with the big old tree on the reverse.

I'm going with VF20.
There's some wear on the eyebrows and the hair. On the reverse, there is wear on the oak tree.

I'd go with EF. There is a bit of wear, but still strong details throughout. VF may be a bit harsh.

[grading as a numismatist here, not a mod! :)]

I've always loved this design, and would be proud to own one as nice as this.

I'm new at this still but I agree with those saying EF. Also, it looks much better than mine! Nice coin!
