Hey all, I've been a frequent viewer to the site, but I got a good enough find this past weekend that I thought I would make an account and share. I got five boxes of pennies, two from Wells Fargo, and three from Bank of America. I found an 1896 and a 1905 from the Wells Fargo boxes, and a 1902 from the Bank of America boxes. The 1902 is in remarkable condition which makes me think that it was possibly a dumped collection. However, all the rolls were machine wrapped which makes it even more incredible. I averaged about 11 wheats and 8 Canadians per box. I live in the Tar Heel state Anyway, just wanted to share. I would like to know if others have gotten Indians recently. Kind regards, Henry Edited by DBtotalwar 08/10/2014 10:40 pm

DBtotalwar my stats are almost the complete opposite from yours:
Canadian = 5 per box Wheat = 13 per box
I'm finding less Canadian and more Wheats.
I've found some Indians but cannot give any accouting for the finds.

Thanks for the replies!
@ghostrider I wish I find more wheats and less Canadians, haha. Not sure where you live, but it would seem that Canadian coins would be more rare in North Carolina.
@SHAFTA9a Thank you very much for the welcome :)
@santafeboy Well I hope you find one in the near future! These boxes were machine wrapped, so know that they can still be found!
@CoinCbass Surely puts it into perspective... nice that you're from here, too
@wheatchaser140 Thanks!

Actually it's really a numbers game. The more you search the greater the possibility that you'd find a IHC. Plus the more you search, the more wheats you have. I have two more boxes to search, then I start looking at the 2k of wheats that I've amassed and am looking forward to see what they look like in an album

@ghostrider I agree. Wow, that's a pretty huge hoard of wheats. I think I have about 800 or so. Good luck with the album!
