'81-S might be cleaned and retoned, or maybe just a mishandled MS coin. Can't tell.

'99-O looks MS63.

Something weird is definitely going on with the 81-S, I don't think it was a fire but something has caused it unnaturally tone.
The 99-O I grade around 63.

Done judiciously, I don't think that'll hurt it as it looks to me to be a "slider" anyway.

The 1899-0 appears to be uncirculated, but I'd need better photos to assign it a numerical grade.

The 81 S looks off to me too. I've seen heat treated silver with the same look, and on both obverse and reverse.

MS 64 for the 1899 O.
