ASEnut: Yes, properly grading Morgans, and coins in general, requires lot of practice, learning and experience. MS examples may be difficult to grade at first because the small things like bag marks, small hits and strike are what determines the grade. But, with circulated coins you just need to look at the wear/evidence of any luster, so it's easier to grade. Use http://www.pcgs.com/photograde/ as a reference when grading.
