VF25 but I wouldn't trust the pics, Great Southern Coins is known for selling problem coins.

That is one art I still have to learn, it probably takes years to master grading

ASEnut: Yes, properly grading Morgans, and coins in general, requires lot of practice, learning and experience. MS examples may be difficult to grade at first because the small things like bag marks, small hits and strike are what determines the grade. But, with circulated coins you just need to look at the wear/evidence of any luster, so it's easier to grade. Use http://www.pcgs.com/photograde/ as a reference when grading.

I'd give it VF-20.

F-15. I was told that if you can't see all of the feathers at the top of the eagle's right(our left) wing then it can't be VF
