VF-25, looks like it was cleaned at some point and is re-toning. there is still some evidence of darkness left showing in the letters and stars on the obverse.

VF cleaned. The sheltered portions (ie the 8 & 4 in the date & E,R,M & A on the reverse border) are a different (darker) color in areas couldn't be easily cleaned. Look at the top vs. bottom portion of the H & F in "HALF", those are pretty obvious indicators.

VF30 sounds about right detailed possible for the old cleaning, I like the toning colors the way it appears now probably looks a lot better than right after the old cleaning did. Looks like a lot of clashing visible on the reverse too.
