I won this one on ebay not long ago, this was going into my 7070 album, but thought this could grade higher when I received the coin, decided to send it in to NGC, came back today. I am surprise!

Everybody can take a guess. Its almost blast white, just my camera work has changed the color lightly.

Based solely on the images here, I'm seeing no marks aside those in the right obverse field at 3:00. No reason to believe this isn't MS65. It's available in lofty grades, and the TPG's won't be abnormally cautious with one of these in 65 or 66.

also see this as a 65, just curious what you thought the grade was at the time of purchase? (after you post the grading result of course)

With most of the coins I have seen on ebay appeared to be cleaned, I thought this would probably be high AU or MS 60 at best. I am not good at grading commemorative and other series, pay $172 shipping included. (Top Numismedia price. LOL!) Now need to get another to filled that hole again.

Nice score on a great looking classic commemorative coin! MS64 from a potential AU off ebay is doing it right!
