In this grade, you can also see a lot of interesting details, such as re-engraved letters, an overdate (1919/4), small die cracks, die scratches and what appears to be die rust--producing raised lumps on the coin. Sure, there's verdigris, some of it pretty dark around the rim--but very little dirt. For instance, the raised lumps in the fields around "2 CENT" are definitely metal, and probably the result of rust acting on tiny die scratches. If it's not obvious from the pictures, it sure is when you examine the coin under a lens. Thanks everyone!
