I don't know anything about Macrinus coins, but do they really have a bizarre bust like that?

I am making progress echizento, and appreciate your earlier help. Now I am perusing through the databases, looking at online sources, contacting seller, then posting it here when my luck runs out.

From the pics provided it looks like it was minted in Syria, Emesa, The place that saw a battle in 272 AD between the Romans and the Palmyrans. This would make it a Billon Tetradrachm of the period.

I stand to be corrected, but I think
Heiropolis bi. tetradrachm,
Sear 2947.
