Good question and one I don't know if I can answer or not. I checked my copy of RIC and it is 23b granted it is an older copy. If you looked on wildwinds it say RIC (1962) 23a the 119 might be from an updated version. Also my copy of ERIC II lists it as RIC II 23b this book is only a few years old. I think in this case it just might be best the reference the Sear number Sear 5 2513.

There is an old volume of RIC II first published in 1926 and a second revised edition from 2007.

I did notice a slight difference on the reverse side, and yes it matches the 23b. As a beginning I am very confused by all the older and newer versions, why has no one organized this system and fixed. Why are people quoting books from the 60's? So much has changed since then. It can get confusing, but thank you for clearing it up!
