We had a 1936 50c ICCS VF20 listed. http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...:AAQ:CA:1123 Guy sent us a couple of lowball offers on it that we ignored. The listing ended and we relisted it. Guy bought it for full price. Now 'it's an item not received'. No, I'm not surprised. Personal opinion, it's worth a few bucks to find out who plays straight and who doesn't. No, this is just at the limit of where we require tracking. As I said, I had a feeling this was going to happen and wanted to see which way it went for myself. I like to think the best of people until proven otherwise. It's worth a few bucks to me to keep that world view :-)

any doubts or gut bad feelings we have, it goes tracked take it or leave it! Sorry about the hit you took! What we Canadian eBayers really need is Cheap tracking from CanadaPost. We often send stuff from the US as we are close to the border. USPS offers tracking for a $1.05 on a small pak!
