I think it's a weak strike MS, but based off the pics it's pretty tough to tell for sure. I think MS-64 is a possibility, but it's hard to tell for sure.

Ah, based off those new pics, it's definitely not a weak strike, haha

What the heck, I'll just guess MS-65.

I got to cherrypick this out of a box of slabbed halves bought by a pawn shop. A lot of them were "certified" by outfits I'd never heard of, and some of those were (to be charitable) dubiously graded. Two in particular were clearly shined up VF-XF Walkers that were spuriously labeled as being MS. There happened to be another ANACS slabbed 1943 in there that was also graded MS64 but had many more obvious nicks and dings than this one I took, once again proving the maxim, "buy the coin, not the slab." I was pretty surprised at how much visible difference there was between these two ANACS slabbed coins with equal grades, leading me to think that the coin I selected, which has minimal marks (certainly fewer than the typical MS64 Morgan), might actually be a bit better than that grade. Of course, it could also be the case that the other coin for whatever reason was simply overgraded.
