0xDA71D Pillar of the Community United States 1215 Posts	Posted 09/26/2014 4:53 pm Hello, can I have a CONSERVATIVE wholesale price estimate of a 1872H newfoundland half dollar in Good details cleaned condition? Coin obverse has NEWFOUNDLAND on the bottom, something I do not see in normal Canadian halves. Moreover, the coin appears to have a 40k mintage. cspence Valued Member Canada 75 Posts	Posted 09/26/2014 7:37 pm As a dealer, I'd pay 80% of melt. That stuff just piles up unless I sell it for 5-10% over melt. That's assuming the details designation is because it has issues. Report this Post to the Staff
