Thanks all. NGC had it at MS-64. I paid only $65 for it, so I'm really happy. At the show there was this case that had a dozen or so MS-64 Morgans, all in NGC nubby holders and being sold for $65 each. I narrowed it down to two, the coin I bought and an O-mint toner. The strike and luster on this one convinced me to buy it (the 1882-S is known for exceptional strike). It's very nice coin in hand, real frosty. Here's a pic:
