I've wanted some of the Keeling Cocos plastic money for quite some time, but here is another more recent type (and more available) that also fits into the R's 1,3.5. and 10 roubles from Transnistria, 2014     My latest acquisitions, these interesting "coins" are about the size and consistency of guitar picks. I have one of these 200 reis - did you know the five stars on the other side all have different numbers of rays? And of course a R list won't be complete without one of these...   Russia 2 ruble 2011 (Moscow mint) (For what it's worth, I don't normally make photos of regular coins; I thought this one had some doubling in obverse lettering. And, of course, you can post other rubles if they're not this exact type - there are many  ) |

Hope I can pick up one example each of the coins of Transnistria, Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia on the cheap - missing in my country collection. Would have been really disappointed if no-one would have posted a rouble. Let's see how many more denominations come up before it goes to 'S'.   20 Rappen 1858 B Switzerland |
