You can see the date 1721 on the coin...

However, this looks like a modern replica of a 'pirate' type to me. You will need someone else more familiar with these types to confirm that for you tho'...

It looks artificially worn down. I say fake but I'm no expert on these either.

This is supposed to be what is know as a Cob coin from Spain, however this one does appear to be fake.
