The check looks clean, but the neck is hit hard. I personally think MS62, but it is probably in a 63 holder. Nice crack on reverse through the E in ONE.

I think it has a good shot at being a 64, 65 might be a stretch, but its not out of the realm of possibilities if it looks better in hand.

No better than 63. The hits on the neck and face are killers. This year is one of the hardest Morgans to grade.

21's are known for sharp strikes. Reverse looks 65. Obverse 63. Tough call. They could have netted it at 64 or knocked it to the obverse grade. I grade these by obverse so I say 63

I think 63 covers it. Am I seeing what looks like a die gouge under the F in OF?

MS63 maybe a push towards higher ground, even a MS64.

MS-63 with a possibility of MS-64
Is that a die crack by the E in ONE?

The reverse is stunning! Could net a 65, possibly even 66. I'm on the fence with the ob. at around 61. If that was a PCGS holder I'd say 62, but it's my experience that NGC is a little more forgiving then PCGS. I'll bid MS63 too.
