Proud to say that I got my first box of lincoln cents - really good deal for 25 dollars ;)

I haven't finished it yet but here are my averages PER ROLL

2-3 Wheat Pennies (Mostly 40s)
14-15 '81 and older pennies

Does this sound about average? I'm making sure to separate the Wheaties from the rest. One day I might have to go through them again

But they are 40s, which I imagine are the most common.

Your LWC ratio is high - nice box to have. Most LWCs are from the '40-'50 range. I'm getting 12-15 a box here in CT and mostly Philly cents. In general, I hunt for LMC varieties with a hope I'll find LWCs especially older ones. Good luck but it seems you have it for the meantime.

Nice box for wheats. My last box had 2 wheats in the entire box.

If you aren't already, you should search for some of the errors/varieties.

Here's a few easy ones.
1988 and 1988D and look for any with the reverse of a 1989.
1992 and 1992D and look for the Close AM
1998, 1999, 2000 and look for the Wide AM

I also take each coin and flip them over north to south and make sure the reverse lines up with the obverse, but not much added value until you hit 90% rotated die or 3 o'clock.
If you find something odd/different post it, it might be something cool. I found my avatar coin in my first box and didn't know what I had. I thought it was just a damaged coin.
There are tons of other things you can look for as you learn. (I hope I'm not assuming incorrectly that you're new to this :P)

Good luck, Happy hunting.

Those are some great stats! What were some of the dates on the wheaties?

For the copper it's about average and the wheats you are doing pretty good on them.
