If I remember right, just under 19000 for set, just call your rep. I doubt even with the low mintage, this set will hold value, there will be few aftermarket buyers for such high value sets.

I guess we should have seen that coming...

1. Popularity of the venetian glass series
2. Popularity of the superman gold series
3. Mash them together
4. PROFIT!

Sounds very authentic and unique.
Yes, 100 original creatures-leftovers sounds reasonable. But...

will the RCM for such limited issue spend the effort and create between-releases edition?
I can guess, that might be will be the singles, same as the coins in the set, or the "budget version" - let's say same dimension like a gold Superman coin or 1/25oz pure gold coin with the paint/enamel or plastic figurine on top.

All this stuff will more suitable to be called "collection" and not only overpriced 100 sets.

So the singles will be hot as a fire.

John100 is bang on with everything. Glass series of 5, mintage of 100, box included, 1.9oz gold coin, And roughly $3750 each. Paint is on coin as well as glass

wow... seriously, who has that kind of money to put in towards coins? I can understand once, but there is no way I could buy that much! I can just imagine their way of life if they can afford it! I'm jealous... and not only of the coins!

You can almost be sure this set will sell out, the RCM creates gold kilos coins and sells them, as I mentioned before about a year ago a collector was trying to sell a gold kilo dragon at Torex, all the offers were at bullion price, my guess is the same results when you try to sell this set.

The majority of the people who buy gold kilos from the RCM will probably never be in the position to have the need to sell their coins anyways. I can only assume someone who will spend 60k+ on a single coin has to be wealthy.

Is the 1.9oz gold a typo? Since I think it should be 1oz since at 1.9oz the hold content value itself is 2650 and the premium is only 1100 and if you look at peak gold price of like 1600 then the premium is only $710 so like $373 over spot, which is not much and eventually gold will surpass in he next few years. Relative to the Venetian glass silver that are like 7.5x spot so in future gold going up like $400 or so has more chances than silver going up 7.5x. If 1.9oz isn't a typo then I am pretty sure this will be fast sellout and sell for much more because that's makes $3750 really reasonable.
