VAM-4 looks correct. Check the reverse for denticle impressions below the tail feathers.

My guess is the mark under the beak is a die gouge and the second looks like a bag contact mark from another coin.

Yes. It's VAM-4. That VAM is known for doubling in the date.

About what any other Morgan in PCGS MS62 is worth; this is one of the 90%+ of VAMs which carry no extra premium.
