Anyone out there get the feeling this 1963 d is not like the others that are clearly Machine Doubled ?

Looks like a RPM to me but I am by far an expert. Definetly one to put aside for now till the experts chime in.. I'm sure someone will be along soon to verify.

It is machine damaged. Note how the shape of the mint mark is reduced in size and proportions. Possible ejection damage while the die was slightly touching the coin.
