I don't see anything that stands out as being special. It looks like a 1969 San Francisco mint issue that's been around the block. Is there anything in particular that you see?

The only thing I can suggest is for you to look for a re-punched mint-mark. There are several for this year.

Use the link below to search: just type in the year, mint-mark, and in this case mint-mark variety. You'll find several listed.

What ever it was is cancelled out by the scratch on the reverse of the coin. Drops the value about 90% if this was a variety coin. Worth what it says on the reverse.
