I used to hate APMEX due to very poor packing on large orders which cause some damages. But their customer service is 2 nd to none as they took care of Me right away no hassle! They have great selection and pretty easy to use website. CONS: Their pricing on certain items are more expensive than other competitors. I know people have great experiences on JM Bullion, but I didn't. My 1 st time dealing with mostly all coins bad shape.Their customer service is very poor and unprofessional. Painfully slow Processing and email response sometime never receiving response. Also had to chase for my returns due to them being to lazy to Pull up previous emails. PROS: Very competitive prices but not worth the hassle and Worries that will kill you with anxiety!

I've purchased from both and had no problems with either. I caused a problem with an APMEX order, and their customer service fixed it easily. I never compared cost.

I've used both and have never had an issue with either. My only customer service experience is with APMEX (returning) and they were excellent. I'd buy with confidence at both APMEX and JMBullion. The only issue I've heard people complain about is $100 minimum order, but if silver is $20 an ounce that's only buying 5

@Jm bullion. What's your direct email? I not familiar on how to pm and it states your not accepting email messages.

I prefer APMEX because they will buy back as well. To me, that is an important consideration. In addition, my last Queens Beast order from JM was packaged terribly. I do like that JM has great sales on a few items, not fake sales on a bunch of items.

I also ordered 2 rolls of queen beast 2 oz And discovered they have blemished on the faces with at least 2 severely Scratched. Like someone took a file to it.

Personally, I've never had a problem with JM Bullion in several purchases over the past 2 years. Sure, it takes a few days for funds to clear if you pay by check and for your order to ship but it's worth it to me to save the money. If you're in a hurry, go to your local bullion dealer and pay more for less variety. If you're worried about quality of bullion, going to an LCS/LBD that gives you the opportunity to pick and choose. It's an opportunity cost, and I won't pretend that I don't do just that on occasion. Sometimes I need my silver NOW. I've never had to talk to their customer service so I can't comment there.

Attempt to send email, but it failed due to low post count. What is your direct email?

I ordered from both and never had problems. APMEXGood: Nice selections of coins, good packaging, great customer service, ebay sales that include shipping and paypal credit card charges Bad: Higher prices than others, free shipping over $99 JM Bullions Good: Usually lower premiums, good weekly specials Bad: Minimum order of $100 (I wouldn't consider this too bad since you get free shipping) Here are my other expeiences with other PM dealers Provident Metal Good: usually lower premiums Bad: unresponsive customer service if you have any issues with order MCM Good: good ebay sales, fast shipping Bad: Usually higher prices on non sale items Silvertowne: Good: ok prices Bad: Slow delivery Whenever I want to purchase PM, I will compare the prices among these dealers and see what is the best prices. There are other numerous PM dealer so look for the best total prices including shipping.

Maybe I have just been really lucky but I have never had a problem with any dealers mentioned above. I have dealt with JM, APMEX, MCM, Bay Precious Metals, and Provident. I always receive what I ordered in a timely matter and pretty well packaged. Liquid silver...it's seems you haven't had the best of luck at any of the places you have ordered. That's really unfortunate.

As a collector and a businessman, I enjoy seeing JM here defending their honor and wanting to service any and all issues. Makes me more likely to purchase off them than not honestly. Good job JM Bullion.
