Weight is 3.2 grams

diameter is 17mm

Yes, you are right - it is the (or rather a) portrait of Caracalla and the reverse is Securitas Perpetua.
There are some signs on the coins which are suspicious and could be casting bubbles.
But there are members who have more experience with Roman denari of that period.

This topic will hopefully be moved by a moderator to the ancient forum where it will get the appropriate attention.

Nitron analyser shows this item to have between 65 % 70% silver present.

The coin is real and has one of the rarer bust types of Caracalla when he was younger. RIC IV 13b struck 196-198 AD

Just a guess but I would maybe say $20-30.

I think this coin is RIC IV 330.

An example in comparable condition on ACS went for 40. It was the only one I could find there with a price on that was in similar grade. That seems high to me. I wouldn't pay 40.
