Is anyone else still waiting for the baby set from Sears? Ordered Dec 4th, in stock but expected delivery Dec 31st.  Charged to CC a month ago, cannot get any information from the on-line order status tracking and have requested info from Sears but again no response. I guess I either have to call and wade through their terrible CS or just call the CC and have the charge reversed. Just wondered if anyone else is in the same boat. |

The wife ordered one on boxing day had the sale again.
The way they ship she should get it by july.

I also ordered before Christmas, I got my two Christmas sets very fast, the birthday one arrived a day or two after Boxing day.

Still no baby coins from Sears. Seven weeks and counting.
Wouldn't bother me as much if they hadn't charged my credit card the day I placed the order.
I know some dealers do this as well but frankly I didn't think a big company like Sears would or that the CC companies would let them get away with it. I can't find anything in their T&Cs which gives them permission to charge my CC prior to shipping.
Live and learn I guess.

CC - if there's any hope.. a co-worker ordered from a large online store... had to call and cancel the order and had the charges reversed... the item was still shipped...
Sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing... this sounds like a whole lotta red tape... I would make a call though to ask on the status
