Not buy buying at $105, not buying even if 50% off.

At CAD 105 the buyer will save CAD 45, and can spend them for something else

imagine purchase of 10 such coins - saves $450 - this is gaming console for the kid with some accessories for the Christmas.

Just sign of the times, one of the larger RCM dealers starting to really discount and know one cares.

No one cares. Not even RCM sees the writing on the wall. Sad. :(

That glass Venetian Angel coin is not attractive at all. Seen it in person and was not impressed at all.

Agreed. I also saw it at the PO and was surprised. I find it boring and wouldn't even buy it at $50.00, unless spot price is $50 at the time.

Day 5 at CA:

No NCLT escapes the price slash.

Popular "Snowflakes" coins while 2007 ones demanded ~500 in the past), the 2011 will cost you only CAD 50 for more or less the same amount of silver.

Yup. The mint killed the Snowflakes by issuing too many after the success of 2007. Adding the pine cones/trees with crystals was just insult to injury.

Plus the 2007 are truly beautiful, significantly heavier (50.1g compares to 31.39g) and lower mintage. Virtually no comparison to the later snowflake coins IMO.

more or less the same amount of silver.

Ag content in the 2007 was 1.49oz, the 2011 are only 1.01oz.
