So I haven't been the best boy this year. I'm pretty sure I get atleast something good but I'm afraid I might get some coal for Christmas too. What would happen if Santa put a new ASE into a plastic baggy with a chunk of coal with a lot coal dust. Would it tone due to the sulfur content rapidly. Would I have enough time if I wake up early to prevent it from toning after say three hours of being in the bag nestled in my stocking by the fireplace? I'm just wondering because I been hearing threats that the event might might happen from my dad.

Maybe I have been that bad. What time should I set the alarm on my iPod for?

Acetone. I knew there was a way to beat Santa.
Let say I want it to tone? What pace would the coal tone the coin in a sealed enviroment?

If someone wanted to "threaten" me with a new ASE...they could put it in a dirty diaper & I'd be happy.

Shhhhhhh don't give Santa any ideas. We will have a new baby somewhere between Christmas and the New Year.

Most coal commonly available on the home market is low sulfur anthracite, not much sulfur and not much dust (hard glassy fractures). Now stoker coal tends to be very dusty and has a much higher sulfur content but it is hard to come by now. It is still used in some commercial boiler applications.

We got some coal picked up raw from a floor of a mine outside Harlem, Kentucky on a tour. It's pretty soft and it looses coal dust a lot.

Okay #1 acetone will NOT get rid of any tonning but will help to clean the coin if you shove it in a bag of coal dust.
- To get rid of the toning you need an acid... "Pro-dip" is one product I have even seen dealers use.. I like toning ... so you'll never see me use it.. even the the coin is BLACK.. to me that looks cool.
I don't know what coal will do.. but I suggest you try it! Take before and after pictures.
